Ryan Perry has been an entrepreneur since 2000, well, really since high school, but that’s a story for another time. In 1999 he obtained his real Estate license and the next year started his real estate investment corporation. He was “flipping” houses, he invested and helped run a few mom and pop businesses during this time, then saw that the real estate bubble was about to burst and this led to a chance discussion about diversifying with a franchise.

In the summer of 2006, Ryan was approached about a business opportunity to buy an Area Development territory with a top rated national franchise brand, and thus began his relationship with the franchising industry. In 2007, Ryan seized the additional opportunity to be involved as a franchisee himself. He ultimately owned and operated eight franchise offices (in the Los Angeles County Area) selling in 2015. Ryan was able to develop the Los Angeles area with great success, receiving numerous awards including: 2008-2015 Top 50, and Top Gun lists for both his Area Development (AD) and franchises from 2010 thru 2015. In 2011, he was chosen as Master AD by his fellow Area Developers.

In 2012, Ryan ventured into additional franchising opportunities with a new concept in the Orange County, CA area. Ryan’s contribution to this franchise partnership is his deep knowledge of the construction industry, and he has served as the construction coordinator in many developments. Ryan continues to venture into other franchises as well, as Regional Developer and franchisee for more emerging franchise concepts in Southern CA and out of state (Semi-Absentee) Franchises. Ryan also continues to invest in real estate and home remodels, serving as an investor, with his real estate investment corporation.

Ryan’s experiences over the last twenty-five years have made him a great role model for others looking to be in business for themselves and he believes strongly that a franchise gives the perfect playbook for any level of entrepreneurial spirit. Ryan gives great insight from years of personal experience and he enjoys using that wisdom to help his candidates find the perfect fit in a franchise business.
