Lydia O’Leary grew up immersed in the franchise industry, witnessing both its opportunities and the contrast of corporate instability. Determined early on to take control of her own future, she launched a babysitting business as a teenager while juggling multiple jobs. Her path became clear when a close family friend and mentor introduced her to the world of franchising, revealing its potential to provide stability, independence, and fulfillment.

After college, Lydia began her career in franchise development, working with notable organizations including Authority Brands, Best Life Brands, and Premium Service Brands. As her experience deepened, so did her conviction to become a franchise owner herself. In 2021, she and her husband launched their own home service franchise, expanding to a second territory in 2023 and becoming the #1 operator in the company by 2024.

Throughout their rapid business growth, Lydia and her husband also grew their family, welcoming two sons. For Lydia, franchise ownership has delivered on its promise—offering the freedom, flexibility, and purpose she always sought.
