Growing up in a family of successful business owners, Lauren developed a similar drive towards financial autonomy and the ability to use her time as her own.

She started her career in corporate advertising developing a foundation in business development, sales planning, and talent management. After earning her MBA in Global Studies and Entrepreneurship from Babson College, she left her corporate career to embark on her own vision of entrepreneurship through franchising in 2013.

Lauren built her franchise portfolio of emerging brands, including Salons by JC suite rentals and Rumble Boxing boutique fitness studios, demonstrating her insight into market dynamics and consumer needs. Having also successfully sold multiple units, she brings a deep knowledge in developing operational efficiencies as well as navigating an effective exit strategy.

Lauren enjoys empowering people who are looking to navigate their next opportunity on their way to wealth and independence. She puts an emphasis on understanding their experiences and what drives them, aiming to provide support and insights tailored to their unique path. She approaches the decision-making process with an empathic and analytical mindset leveraging her own experience in franchise development.

Lauren lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts with her husband Tyler and two children, Beaux and Briggs. Outside of consulting you can find her seeking adventure in the great outdoors, sharing her travel bug with her family or on the water with a fishing rod in her hand.
