Kelsey Stuart brings a builder’s perspective to franchising. As the founder and former CEO of Bloomin’ Blinds, he grew a small family service business into a national franchise brand with locations across the U.S. Over nearly two decades, Kelsey led every phase of growth: branding, operations, franchise development, and culture. This experience gives him a rare, inside out understanding of how a franchise thrives.

After stepping back from daily operations, Kelsey founded Waypoint Franchise Advisors to help others move into franchise ownership with more confidence. Today, as a FranChoice consultant, he continues the same mission on a national scale, guiding aspiring entrepreneurs toward franchise opportunities aligned with their goals, skills, and lifestyle.
