Jordan Black is a FranChoice consultant and veteran multi-unit franchise owner who helps high-performing professionals move beyond the limitations of a traditional W-2 career and into business ownership that helps create more freedom in their time and income. Based in Colorado, Jordan brings the perspective of someone who has not only chosen franchising—but has built, scaled, and led real businesses within it. Today, he is an active multi-unit franchise owner of several territories over multiple states.

Before entering the world of business ownership, Jordan’s professional foundation was built through a decade as a public school music educator in the St. Louis, MO area, where his passion for teaching and leadership first took shape. While the work was meaningful, he felt a growing pull toward something more—greater ownership, flexibility, and control over the life he was building for his family. In 2018, Jordan made the leap into franchise ownership, investing in his first Two Maids residential cleaning franchise and committing fully to entrepreneurship.

What began with Jordan acting as a single owner-operator business grew into a multi-million-dollar operation spanning six franchise territories across multiple states. Over time, Jordan scaled from working in the business alone as a full-time owner operator, to leading an organization of nearly 50 full-time employees, including several managers and a GM, gaining firsthand experience in building robust teams, developing leaders, and scaling multiple units successfully. His results and leadership have been recognized with numerous honors, including the Two Maids Pink Blazer Award (the brand’s Franchisee of the Year) and the International Franchise Association’s Franchisee of the Year Award in 2025.

Jordan has also served multiple terms on the Two Maids Franchise Advisory Council, collaborating closely with franchisees and the franchisor team on initiatives related to operations, technology, marketing and other new brand initiatives. This experience gives him a unique, well-rounded perspective on franchising—from both the franchisee and franchisor sides.

Jordan is energized by working with people who feel the pull toward entrepreneurship and want to explore what business ownership could unlock in their lives. The teacher in him is very much alive—he loves mentoring, educating, and helping individuals see what they are capable of building. Jordan guides candidates through a thoughtful, education-first process, helping them clarify their vision, evaluate franchise opportunities, and choose a path that truly aligns with their goals and lifestyle. He is known for his honest, no-pressure approach and his genuine passion for helping others step confidently into business ownership.
