Dennis recently wrapped up an impressive tenure leading Franchise Development for big-box brands like Big Blue Swim School, as well as for companies with exciting yet lower-cost, low-employee models such as Dryvebox. Along the way, he has helped several international brands find amazing franchise owners who are truly aligned with those businesses.

A lifelong franchise professional, Dennis began his career as an owner-operator and has since held numerous roles, ranging from training and operations to executive leadership positions.

Seventeen years ago, Dennis became the first franchisee of a brand, with three young children under the age of five and a wife who was a little skeptical. At the time, he never imagined the brand would grow into the international powerhouse it is today—and that it would positively impact his now-adult children and wife of 26 years.
