A proud graduate of the University of Michigan, where he competed for the Wolverine hockey program, Dave went on to a distinguished professional hockey career, including 9 seasons in the NHL. This time at the highest level of sport instilled in him a relentless work ethic and a strategic-first mindset, traits he pivoted into a highly successful corporate sales career following his retirement from the game.

The desire to build a family legacy eventually led him to the world of franchising, where he and his wife, Erinn, have been successful franchise owners for nearly a decade. Today, he is a sophisticated multi-unit, multi-brand owner and operator with locations in the beauty and wellness sectors, including Drybar and PureGlow.

Dave brings a unique owner’s perspective to his consulting. While Erinn leads the day-to-day operations of their businesses, Dave directs the high-level strategic decisions, growth planning, and financial oversight. This partnership has allowed them to scale successfully while maintaining the lifestyle flexibility that a family of six requires.
