Mr. Kirby spent a decade with St. Gregory Development Group as VP of Sales. He was the leading force of the sales team for Xponential Fitness. The company grew to over 5000 locations across 10 fitness and wellness brands, including widely-known Cyclebar, Club Pilates, as well as Pure Barre studios.
Mr. Kirby always felt that a relationship-based sales approach and entrepreneurial spirit are keys to brand success. He has developed connections and provided mentorship to new franchises under the mantra that “People buy franchises from whom they like and trust”.
Today Mr. Kirby is the co-owner of Fueled Collective in Cincinnati, OH and in addition develops express carwashes in the Orlando metro area with his son Jackson
In his free time, Mr. Kirby enjoys pickleball, golf, and building relationships. He has been blessed to be with his wife of 25 years, Jamie, and is the proud father of Jackson (Wharton School of Business) and Bella (Communications major and Division 1 tennis player at Xavier University).
