After a successful career in the corporate world, I had the opportunity to venture into franchising with a start-up company. Under my leadership, we achieved national recognition and growth from six company stores in the Philadelphia market to 178 franchise/company locations in 22 states. My focus was to develop all aspects of the company’s operational systems, supporting the development and growth of each franchisee.
