The sole purpose of my business career is to be the expert guide for people looking to change their lives and take financial and emotional control of their destiny through franchise business ownership.
I have spent over two decades focusing on building bridges between franchisors and individuals interested in opening their own business. As an effective guide and matchmaker, I feel there is no greater reward than playing a crucial role in the development of a new business. I take special pride in my ability to identify the motivations, interests and skills that each candidate brings to the table, and then work closely with individuals to find the perfect franchise match.
With a foundation of business acumen from Wharton School and the corporate world, I was instrumental in the creation and implementation of a franchise program with United Financial Services Group out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I was involved in every aspect of building a “National Contender” in the franchise world. With only several company stores open, I helped steer the company as Sr. VP. of Development to the growth of over 150 stores in 22 states. With experience ranging from development to marketing, operations to real estate, legal to finance, I helped create a path for people to realize their dreams with United Financial Services Group.
In 2002 I left United Financial Services Group and joined FranChoice as an independent consultant where I assisted and worked with scores of individuals giving them first-hand knowledge of life in the franchise sector. I have a clear understanding of the fears, concerns and anxieties that surface when a person begins exploring a life enriching yet challenging decision of business ownership. My nurturing and coaching style has been a guiding light through the sometimes difficult maze of the franchise industry.
In 2007 I had an opportunity to become the Executive Vice President of a global consulting organization where I oversaw 60+ consultants in markets in Europe, the UK, Canada and Mexico where this type of consulting was new.
I have now come back to my consulting roots at FranChoice to continue helping the scores of people who wish to take control of their live through franchise business ownership.

How We Do It
We get to know our candidates and take them through a very thorough consultation process. Our consultants gain an in-depth understanding of the candidate’s goals for business ownership, their desired role in the business and all kinds of details relating to the characteristics the business must have to meet their needs.
