He grew up in an entrepreneurial family where he caught the dream of owning his own business. He believes this is especially true for underserved populations. He believes that franchising is the “Great Equalizer,” to level the playing field for people to get into entrepreneurship. He believes that true wealth is discovered when people have the ability to control their own calendar and live life on their own terms.

His diverse professional background provides a wide breadth of knowledge in helping candidates navigate the many franchise choices available. He has a unique talent for establishing strong and trusting relationships, which coupled with his education-based/characteristic-based matching approach, translates into strong potential for business success for all parties.

Qwincy has owned several businesses and has spent a significant amount of time in consultative higher education sales. In his roles, he had the privilege of helping people change careers in different jobs. His passion now is to help people take the next step in their lives, by helping them realize their dreams of entrepreneurship through business ownership.
