Mirko Marrone
Mirko Marrone loves getting to know people and helping them to realize their dreams. He brings his boundless energy, positive attitude, and extensive experience to everything he does.
Mirko moved to the US from Italy in 2000. The first challenge that he had to overcome was learning a new language. He picked it up quickly and took his love of working with people into real estate, eventually becoming the Director of Asset Management for a large private real estate management company with a combined asset value of over $500M under management.
In 2015, a franchise group in Orange County asked him to join them as their Director of Operations. He effectively ran the business for these remote owners from negotiating leases and securing financing along with the day-to-day operations. After developing a total of fourteen stores and executing a successful sale exit on behalf of the group, he decided that it was time for him to become a franchisee himself. Mirko purchased his first territory and has now opened more than a dozen stores across three different brands with many more planned.
Mirko loves being in the franchise business. He loves getting to know fellow franchisees, discussing best practices and always trying to improve business performance. Those conversations along with an open minded approach have given him a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience which he looks
forward to sharing to help you find the franchise business fit for you.
Mirko currently lives in Bakersfield, CA with his wife Daniela and their 5 (yes, five!) children. When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth baseball.

How We Do It
We get to know our candidates and take them through a very thorough consultation process. Our consultants gain an in-depth understanding of the candidate’s goals for business ownership, their desired role in the business and all kinds of details relating to the characteristics the business must have to meet their needs.
