Making the decision to own your own business is exciting! No longer making money for others! We always hear about getting out of our comfort zone so we can grow, and this is something Kristina has experienced first hand. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Kristina was able to see the flexibility and rewards her family benefited from by owning a business. This helped plant the seed for what she pursued in her future.

Kristina has her BS degree in Business Administration – Marketing. Accomplishing goals has always been key in her life. She prides herself in an ability to recognize the right project and see it to fruition.

After college, she worked as an accounts manager for a southern California radio station. After meeting her husband, already a business owner, she jumped in with both feet and together they pursued several business opportunities. Not until they entered into their first franchise as an Area Developer and Franchisee, did she truly understand the difference between being a business owner and being a franchisee. Having great systems and processes, a supportive franchisor, and networking with other franchisees are just a few key components to success! Franchising gave Kristina and her husband the opportunity to grow to multiple units. They then purchased a second franchise brand, and again grew it to multiple units. Their third brand and first out of state franchise, truly has them working on the business, not in the business. This has given her great insight to what can be done to free up time and have that work life balance that everyone talks about.

Kristina enjoys sharing the knowledge she’s gained from 15 years of business ownership. She now enjoys giving guidance and sharing a lifetime of business ownership insight with others. Her goal is to use this experience to help others save time and energy in looking through thousands of businesses – who has time for that?

When Kristina is not working on her businesses or helping others find their “right fit”, you will likely find her outdoors! Enjoying the great weather of southern California, she enjoys most weekends at a baseball field, whether she’s at a professional game watching the local team or at a park cheering on her favorite baseball players, her two sons.
