When looking for your perfect franchise you want someone that understands your drive, passion and reasons for taking the next step. You want someone that will ask the right questions and build a game plan with which you can hit home runs. You want a coach to help you stay on your game plan. Kim has spent her career advising individuals and some of the largest companies in America and is well suited to helping you too.

Working with clients from Google to regular folks looking to lock in their part of the American Dream, Kim has spent her career learning what her candidate desires, what they bring to the table and how to best help them pursue their goals.

Kim attended High Point University, located in the heart of the US furniture industry. She double majored in Interior Design and Business and graduated among the top in her class. Kim quickly found her way to the new home industry where she helped home buyers find and design their perfect home, what would be the largest purchase many had ever made. She was a top performer in this industry and helped countless people coast through a major purchase.

When housing sales slowed, and with two young boys to raise, Kim transitioned to the commercial furniture industry. It was here where her design skills and ability to ask the right questions that she was able to guide the smallest to the largest clients through solutions that would serve the growth of their business, increase employee productivity, make staff happier and remain with their company longer.

As a franchise consultant Kim is here to help you pursue your dreams of business ownership. From Mom and Pop neighborhood businesses to building an empire, Kim can take you from the first steps to finding your perfect franchise and being confident in your future.

Kim has a number of personal passions, one of them being fitness and working out. If you see her in the gym you will find her to be a great coach, cheerleader and accountability partner. She still spends a lot of time with her two boys and can be found on football and lacrosse fields all over the Mid-Atlantic on any given day. Coming from a large family Kim understands both the value of standing up and pursuing your dreams and spending time with the people you care about. She knows you can pursue both financial success and quality of life.
