Chris’ passion for business ownership stems from being raised in an entrepreneurial family; His family owned several successful franchise businesses, which he was intimately involved with. Hilgers also has 20 years of proven success within large organizations – both domestically and internationally. He played sales, marketing and business development leadership roles at Electrolux, Toro and Maytag. In each of these roles he worked closely to build organizations that relied heavily on developing franchise dealer networks. In his most recent role with Electrolux as GM – National Accounts / Business Development, he led efforts dealing with large national accounts and also the development of a new business channel through service related businesses. At Toro, he led the International Consumer Products business into new markets through the development of new market approaches and products/services. Chris is adept at leading by example and helping guide people to reach positive decisions with subtle guidance.

Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and a minor in German. He now resides in Evergreen, CO and enjoys spending his time with his family. He is an avid sports fan that enjoys coaching sports, outdoor activities, travel, learning new cultures, exercising and self-improvement programs.
