Steve’s experience in the business world is vast. He has been involved in all aspects of business from ground floor startups to company president and all roles in between, including gaining valuable experience in coaching and consulting. This gave him unique insight into what the average person is feeling when considering making that BIG decision to transition from executive or traditional employment to owning his/her own business.
Steve has had an entrepreneurial mindset since the day he graduated from West Virginia School of Pharmacy. Within 12 months of graduation he created plans for his first pharmacy which immediately grew into multiple successful locations at a time when the independent pharmacy industry experienced a significant contraction. Eventually his pharmacies entered a new era and delivered specialty medications throughout the nation and they still do so to this day.
Steve launched additional successful ventures simultaneously, including self storage facilities, a residential and commercial cleaning company with fire and water restoration, auto sales and rental properties. In 2005 Steve joined the franchise world with a well branded national franchise as both a new franchisee and an area developer; he was recognized for being the 9th highest volume new office out of 300 new offices that year.
Most recently Steve was an area developer with another franchise organization and his team successfully grew their acquired franchise by 70% in a very short period before being acquired by a large national firm.
Steve has been recognized as a successful leader throughout his career, including being selected to represent his organization at the International Franchise Association convention, voted Master Area Developer by his peers and TOP GUN as well as many other awards.

How We Do It
We get to know our candidates and take them through a very thorough consultation process. Our consultants gain an in-depth understanding of the candidate’s goals for business ownership, their desired role in the business and all kinds of details relating to the characteristics the business must have to meet their needs.
