Scott Jones

Walt Disney was once asked about his secret to success.  His simple answer – If you can dream it, you can do it.

As a FranChoice consultant, Scott Jones is committed to helping make dreams come true. With a 30 year history of success, Mr. Jones has extensive experience as a CEO, franchise executive, entrepreneur, and franchisee. He loves to freely share with others who are pursuing a goal of personal freedom through business ownership.

After graduating from Colorado State University with a marketing degree, Mr. Jones joined Armstrong World Industries. As one of the top territory managers in the country, he set records by closing three multi-million dollar deals in one week. After two years he was recruited by World Carpets to lead their marketing effort as Director of Marketing. Two months later Mr. Jones was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing responsible for $700 million dollars in revenue and over 2,000 employees.
His entrepreneurial spirit led him to start his own business where he quickly built the company to a national presence with over 100 employees. After selling his business, Mr. Jones joined Jani-King International, one of the largest franchises in the world. Under his executive leadership his region became one of the top areas in the country, servicing thousands of accounts.

Mr. Jones next accepted a position as CEO with the largest automotive aftermarket warranty company in North America. There he worked with Ford, General Motors, Goodyear, Bridgestone Firestone, AAA, Shell, Texaco, Sunoco, NAPA, and dozens of other Fortune 1000 companies in the development of their franchise programs. As one Fortune 100 senior executive introduced Mr. Jones as a featured speaker at a national convention said:” Scott Jones knows more about how to build a dealer franchise program than anyone I have ever met, listen carefully and take detailed notes!”

Mr. Jones has owned franchises himself for over 20 years, is presently a multi-unit franchise operator and brings a real life perspective to help you understand franchise ownership.

Today, Mr. Jones uses his 30 years of business and franchise knowledge and experience to help people realize their dream of successful business ownership. He can be reached by email at SJones@FranChoice.com or by calling (303) 467-2976.
