Brandon joins FranChoice after being a candidate himself. Like a lot of candidates, he had very little knowledge or awareness of franchising. He went quickly from undrafted to an established starting pitcher in Major League Baseball with the Atlanta Braves and Los Angeles Dodgers before injuries stunted and ultimately ended his playing career. Brandon spent extensive time exploring and researching what career path to pursue next. The Indiana Wesleyan University graduate was at a crossroads. Prioritizing the desire to control his and his family’s future and with the help of a consultant, Brandon entered the franchising world as a franchisee.

After toiling over fears and anxieties of the uncertainty as to what to do next, he quickly learned that the same attributes that took him from undrafted and unknown to successful at the highest level of athletics; determination, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, adaptability and resilience all translated seamlessly to business ownership. Consistently being at the top in a large system as a franchisee has erased any previous held doubts.

Brandon wishes to help empower others to take control of their futures through business ownership. His personal experience and unique path lend distinctive perspective into helping candidates identify the qualities and characteristics in themselves and prospective businesses. Brandon loves people and enjoys pouring into each candidate creating a real relationship, and takes pride in helping them along their journey to professional and financial independence.
