Linda Cayle possesses a passion for helping people realize their dreams of business ownership. As a franchise consultant, she is committed to matching prospective buyers to perfect franchise opportunities available nationwide. She accomplishes this precise task by using a proven method of extracting every attribute that her prospective buyers possess. Linda is currently a franchise consultant at FranChoice, a company designed to match the right franchise for prospective buyers.

Linda graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Business-to-Business Communications. Her focus became the company/client relationship and how companies can provide clients a unique and extraordinary experience.

Linda’s innate ability to make successful connections between people and departments within an organization led her to Manpower.  Manpower is a multinational human resource consulting firm providing recruitment and assessment, training and development, career management, outsourcing, and workforce consulting. Recognized for her talents, she was quickly promoted to On-site Manager at one of Manpower’s largest accounts, Brady Corporation. She managed over 150 employees and was awarded the Beacon Award for the highest retention rate of her temporary employee staff.

Linda’s experience in franchising

After 17 years of experience, Linda has a keen sense of understanding people’s needs and a desire for business ownership. Linda worked for five years as a FranChoice consultant during the pioneering stages, beginning in year 2000. In 2005, Linda and her husband, Marc Cayle, who is also a FranChoice consultant, bought, developed and sold their top ten and award wining, three-territory Comfort Keepers franchise. Linda’s combined experience in owning a franchise as well as being a franchise consultant has provided her the insights and clear realization of what it takes to educate others in becoming a franchise owner. She understands numerous aspects of franchise ownership including financials, ideal demographics, employee recruitment and retention and building a sustainable culture.

Linda understands the difference between leaders and contenders in the franchise industry.  She has a keen sense relating to the candidate– consultant relationship and what is necessary in order to make the perfect match. Her listening skills, broad knowledge and discriminating judgment in the franchise industry are paramount in helping people control their destiny.

Linda currently resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her husband, two children and two dogs. She relishes family time, traveling and cruising with other yacht club members to explore the Michigan and Wisconsin coasts.  She also enjoys volunteering for various fundraisers, and living a life that the freedom of business ownership affords.
