Valenzuela II. Managing Member and CEO
Diego Valenzuela II ("Jim
Valenzuela") has been the Managing Member of V''s since its organization in
November 2006 and has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of V''s since
February 2007. He has also been the President and Chief Executive Officer, and
the Director, of V''s Ventures since February 1999. In addition, he has been the
President and Secretary, and the Director, of V''s Franchising Corporation,
based in Phoenix, Arizona, since March 2005.
Chris
Mitchell. Vice President of Finance and Treasurer
Chris Mitchell has been the Vice President of Finance
and Treasurer of V''s since February 2007. He has also been the Chief Financial
Officer of V''s Ventures since October 2003. Prior to February 2007 (since March
2005), he was the Vice President and Treasurer of V''s Franchising Corporation,
based in Phoenix, Arizona. From November 2001 until October 2003, he was a
member of Mitchell Consulting LLC, which was based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Hutcheson-Brown. Director of Operations
Ms. Hutcheson-Brown has been the Director of
Operations for V''s since February 2007. Between January 2006 and February 2007,
she was the Director of Administration for V''s
Franchising Corporation, based in Phoenix, Arizona. Between February 2003 and
January 2006, she was the Accounting and Operations Manager for the Make-A-Wish
Foundation of Arizona. Between September 2001 and February 2003, she was the
Accounting Manager and the Assistant Community Director for United Dominion
Realty Trust, in Phoenix, Arizona.
Mario
Herrera. Director of Barbering
Mr. Herrera has been the Director of Barbering for Vs
since February 2007. He has also been the Director of Barbering for V''s
Ventures, in Phoenix, Arizona, since December 2004. Between May 2005 and
February 2007), he was the Director of Barbering for V''s Franchising
Corporation, in Phoenix, Arizona. Between 1984 and December 2004, Mr. Herrera
was the Executive Director of the Arizona Board of Barbers. Mr. Herrera is also
a partial owner of one of our franchisees.
