ITEM 10: FINANCING ARRANGEMENTS

We are unable to estimate whether or not you will be able to obtain financing for all or any part of your investment, and, if you are able to obtain financing, we cannot predict the terms of this financing. We will not guaranty your note, lease or other obligations. However, we will provide information regarding third party options to you, including at our discretion in the future, equipment leasing, and 401K rollover options. If you choose to utilize any of the lenders we introduce, we may receive a fee for our role in the process. It is your responsibility and ultimate decision with respect to the financing of your business.
