BUSINESS EXPERIENCE Chief
Executive Officer and Co-Founder; Paiae Allan Young Jr.
Allan has been the Chief
Executive Officer of SHELFGENIE since its formation on November 29, 2007. Since
April 2007, Allan has been the Chief Executive Officer of Cabinet Essentials
Group, LLC in Richmond, Virginia. From November 2006 through March 2007, Allan
was the Vice President of Strategic Development for G-0 Manufacturing, L.L.C.
{the predecessor of Manufacturing) in Richmond, Virginia. From March 2006
through October 2006, Allan deployed as an Operations Officer in the United
States Army. He resigned his commission and his rank upon resignation was
Major. From July 2005 through October 2006, Allan was President of the Virginia
Business Company in Richmond, Virginia. From November 2003 through June 2005,
Allan was President of Pureatech of the MidAtlantic, LLC in Richmond, Virginia.

and Co-Founder: Barry J. Falcon
Barry has been the President of
SHELFGENIE since its formation on November 29, 2007. Since November 2006, Barry
has been the Managing Partner of Team Falcon, LLC in Marietta, Georgia. From April 2004 through November 2006, Team Falcon, LLC owned a Velocity Sports Performance
franchise in Peachtree City, Georgia. From 1999 through 2004, Barry was an
independent business advisor for Team Falcon, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia assisting companies throughout the United States.
Director of Franchise Development: Michael Pollock
Michael has been the Director
of Franchise Development of SHELFGENIE since March 2008. Since February of
2007, Michael has been the Senior Development Consultant of Franchise Dynamics,
LLC in Homewood, Illinois. From January 2003 through June 2007, Michael was a
Franchise Advisor for E-Authority Inc., in McKinney, Texas. In his position
with E-Authority Inc. Michael was affiliated with The Entrepreneur Authority.
In this capacity, he chaired The Entrepreneur Authority''s Franchise Review
Committee which determined which franchisees it would represent.

LLC: Robert Stidham
Robert has been the President
and Managing Member of Franchise Dynamics, LLC in Homewood, Illinois since September 2006 and, in this capacity, has, since March 2008, been contracted as a
consultant with SHELFGENIE to provide franchise sales services. From September
2005 through August of 2006, Robert was the Vice President and Director of
Franchise Development for Harris Research, Inc. (a subsidiary of The Home
Depot, Inc.) in Logan, Utah. Between June of 2004 and August of 2005, Robert
was the Vice President of Franchise Development for Oberweis Franchise Systems,
LLC in North Aurora, Illinois. Robert was President of Executive Decisions
Group, Inc. in Naperville, Illinois from June 2003 through May 2004. From
January 2003 through June of 2003, Robert was Vice President and Chief
Franchising Officer of Global Recruiters Network, Inc. in Downers Grove, Illinois.
