Qdoba fast food franchises were founded in 1995 when Anthony Miller opened the first restaurant in Denver with partner Robert Hauser. Today, there are more than 440 Qdoba Mexican Grills from coast to coast with more on the way. In 2003, Qdoba was acquired by Jack in the Box Inc., a publicly traded restaurant company headquartered in San Diego.
With one-of-a-kind offerings like Qdoba Signature Burritos, Qdoba won over customers and critics alike. Qdoba Mexican Grill puts a fresh spin on flavors in its nouveau-Mexican fast-casual food. The menu offers a variety of choices that are all made fast, fresh and right in front of the customer. Today, what many people value in a restaurant experience are things Qdoba Mexican Grill has delivered from the very beginning. People want unique flavors and inventive taste combinations they can not find just anywhere. People want fresh, great-tasting food even when they do not have a lot of time. People want a comfortable environment in which to enjoy it. And, people want to play an active role in determining what they eat…they want lots of options and the ability to customize those choices for their particular tastes.
At Qdoba, the success of our franchisees is our number one priority. We strive to provide the owners of our fast food chains with the systems and resources needed to run a successful business. As one of our franchisees, you can expect assistance with many things including construction/design, business consultants, management training, marketing and more. We will be by your side to guide you through grand opening, operations, purchasing, real estate and everything else along the way.
