ITEM 2 BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Chief
Executive Officer and President: Stuart Williams
Mr. Williams, based in Miami, Florida has been our Chief Executive Officer since January of 2008. He has also
served as our Chief Operating Officer since October, 2006. From 2001 to 2003
Mr. Williams was CEO of Wholesale Lubes, Inc. based in Jacksonville, Florida, working on a venture with BJ''s Wholesale Clubs for auto related services. From
2002 to 2004 he founded and presided over Mall Media Marketing based in Jacksonville , Florida, a media solution provider for Malls in the Southeast. From 2004
until joining ProntoWash, he served as a Director for The Parts House (TPH) in Jacksonville, Florida, a $120 million privately held distributor with 26 warehouses for OE and
aftermarket parts for automotive, fleet, government, and heavy duty business
segments. Mr. Williams operates from our headquarters in Miami, Florida.
ProntoWash USA Advisory Board and Director of PWI; Jorge Alan Packer
Mr. Packer, based in Argentina, has been a member of our advisory board since February, 2002. He is currently
Chief Operation Officer of PWI, a position he has held since December, 2004 and
is a director of PWI since November, 2001. Mr. Packer is also Director of PW
Holdings, Inc. our Master Sales Franchisee for the Miami, Florida; Cincinnati, Ohio; and Houston, Texas areas. PW Holdings, Inc. became our Master Sales
Franchisee in September, 2007. From December, 2001 to December, 2004 he served
as Chief Executive Officer for ProntoWash Brazil.

Development Manager and East Coast Regional Franchise Advisor; Linda Ortiz
Ms. Ortiz, based in Miami, Florida, is our East Coast Regional Franchise Advisor and our Brand Development
manager since August 2007. From 2002 through 2005 Ms. Ortiz was the Director of
Brand Integrity for Vanguard Car Rental (parent company for National Car Rental
and Alamo Rent a Car) based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. From 2005 through 2007
Ms. Ortiz worked as an independent consultant leading marketing projects for
Vanguard (the parent company of Alamo and National Rent-a-Car), Leischen
Research Marketing and R.I. Heller Consulting in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
If
your franchise is located within the territory of one of our Master Sales
Franchisees, you may receive training and other services directly from the
Master Sales Franchisee instead of from ProntoWash. Our Master Sales
Franchisees are disclosed in Exhibit L.
