ITEM 10 FINANCING

On a case by case basis, we may permit you to pay us for equipment and other products you purchase from us over time (i.e. over 90 days). Our accounting manager makes a determination regarding the amount and the term of the financing and monthly payment. The amount financed and the term and number of payments will depend on the items purchased. We do not charge interest and you do not sign a note or a security agreement to secure payment. You do not sign a promissory note, so there is no waiver of defenses or other legal rights. We do not have any practice or intent to sell, assign or discount the financing arrangements to any third party. The debt can be prepaid and there is no prepayment penalty. If you default on your payments to us we may place a credit hold on your account or require cash on delivery before shipping products.

We do not offer any other direct or indirect financing. However, if you request, we can refer you to third party lenders to provide financing to you. We do not currently have agreements with any lenders to provide such financing to you. We will not derive any benefits from these transactions. We do not finance any debt to a third party nor do we do guarantee your note, lease or obligation.
