BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Our directors, principal
officers and other executives who have management responsibility in connection
with the operation of our business relating to the franchise described in this
disclosure document are:
Chairman & CEO: Ugo Ginatta
Mr. Ginatta has been our President since
our inception in July 2001. He has been president of Authentic Gelato in Dallas, Texas since April 2000. From November 1993 to September 1999, he was CEO of Executrain Italia SpA, a computer consulting and
education master franchisor in Turin, Italy, with units in Turin, Milan and Rome.
COO, Senior Vice President
and Treasurer: Cristiana Acerbi Ginatta
Mrs. Ginatta has been our Executive Vice
President and Treasurer since our inception in July 2001. She has been
executive vice president and treasurer of Authentic Gelato in Dallas, Texas since April 2000. From June 1997 to January 2000, she was director of human resources for
Executrain Italia SpA, a computer consulting and education master franchisor
in Turin, Italy.
Technical Senior Vice
President: Vincent J. Ginatta
Mr. Ginatta has been our
Technical Director since our inception in July 2001. He has been technical
director of Authentic Gelato in Dallas, Texas since December 2000. From August
1996 until his graduation in December 2000, he was a student in the mechanical
engineering department at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
