ITEM 2 BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

The following is a list of directors, principal officers, and other executives who have management responsibility for the operation of our business concerning the franchises described in this Offering Circular. The principal occupation and business experience of each for at least the last 5 years, including the names and location of prior employers, are indicated in the table below.

President:

John A. Butorac, Jr.

From August, 2000 until May, 2002, Mr. Butorac was semi-retired and provided restaurant consulting services in Lexington, KY. Mr. Butorac served as a consultant to Marco''s Pizza, Inc. from May, 2002, until January 12, 2004.

Vice President / CFP:

Kenneth R. Switzer

Mr. Switzer worked for MI since August, 1988 in administration and as CFO. On January 12,

2004, Mr. Switzer became the Vice President/CFO of Marco''s Franchising, LLC.

Executive Vice President - Operations_________________________________________________________ David Black

David Black joined us in December of 2006 as our Executive Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Black was the President of Domino''s Pizza from 1989 - 1991. Mr. Black has owned Champion Gymnastics in Ann Arbor, Michigan since February, 2000.

Store Marketing Vice President:

C. Michael Javnes

Mike Jaynes is our Area Operations Vice President. He began in September 1988 as a District Manager and supervised local Marco''s Pizza stores. In March 1990 Mr. Javnes became an Area Director and began developing Marco''s Pizza stores in the Cleveland DMA. In April 1992 Mr. Javnes was promoted to Area Vice President and became involved with franchise operations and company stores. In January. 2008 Mr. Javnes assumed a new role in assisting franchising in marketing for increased sales in their stores.

Vice President of Purchasing

Don Vlcek joined us in April. 2007 as our Vice President of Purchasing. From 1978 through 1994 he was President of research and development and implementation of products for Domino''s. From 1997 until present, he owns Don Vlcek! Associates. Ltd which is a

Linda Bernabie

From 1999 - 2003 Ms. Bernabie was the Learning Developer for Donatos Pizzeria, Inc., in Columbus, OH. In 2003 Ms. Bernabie owned Bernabie Learning Solutions In Toledo, OH. Ms. Bernabie joined Marco''s Franchising, in May, 2004 as the Director of Training and Development.

Mr, Beam comes to us from MI, where he started as a Franchise Representative in February of 1995.

Mark Scibiorski comes lo us from Ml. where he started as a Franchise Manager in June of 1998. Mr. O''Malley comes to us as a previous Marco''s Pizza franchisee from 1997 until 2004.Mr. O''Malley became a Franchise Representative from 2004 until October, 2005. From October, 2005 until June, 2006, Mr. O''Malley was a franchise representative for Georgio''s Oven Fresh Pizza until June 2006. Mr. O''Malley returned as a franchise representative in June, 2006. In March, 2007 Mr. O''Malley became a minority owner of XLC, Inc., a Michigan corporation that operates 2 Franchised Stores. Mr, O''Malley became the Area Representative Coordinator and provides support to our Area Representatives.

Vice President of Marketing

Peter Wise joined us in November. 2007 as our Vice President of Marketing. From 2001 to 2007 Mr_ Wise was the CEO of St. Vincent DePaul Society in San Francisco. CA.

From September 2001 through April 2004, Ms. Allen was the Director of Human Resources for River City Petroleum in Sacramento, California.

Mr. Hamilton comes to us from Ml, where he started as a District Manager, in April. 1997. In January,
2004, Mr. Hamilton became the Supervisor of our Affiliate stores located in the Cleveland, OH market. In
October, 2007 he became a Franchise Representative assisting existing franchise owners in the
operation of their business. In April. 2008, Mr. Hamilton became the Marketing and Communications

Mr. Hoza joined us in March, 2008 as Director of Real Estate Leasing. Mr. Hoza was employed with CNG Financial, Inc. from July, 1997 through February, 2008 as a Real Estate Manager for site acguisitions for all Check N Go locations throughout the country.

Vice President of New Business Development :__________________________________________ J. Bryon Stephens

Bryon Stephens joined MFS effective January 1, 2006. Mr. Stephens organizes business development efforts. He focuses on selling the Marco''s concept to multiple-unit organizations.

Mr. Stephens has extensive experience in franchise sales. Mr. Stephens joined Marco''s in July, 2004 as an independent consultant and became Vice President of New Business Development on March 7, 2005. January 1, 2004, Mr. Stephens left the YUM organization to form KAS Properties & Development to assist food service companies in their efforts to franchise their brands. From 2002 - 2003, Mr. Stephens was Director of Franchising for YUM, responsible for selling franchises for YUM''s brands - Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, KFC, Long John Silvers, and A & W Restaurants. From 1992 - 2000, Mr. Stephens was Vice President of Franchise Sales and Development for Yorkshire Global.

Vice President of Franchise Marketing and Recruitment:______________________________ Cameron W. Cummins

Cameron Cummins joined MFS effective January 1, 2006. Mr. Cummins will implement the marketing strategy for our franchise development. From February 23, 2001 through December 31, 2005 Mr. Cummins was the owner of Power Pact, LLC where he created the US marketing launch for Toyota and Lexus.

Director of Franchise Recruitment:___________________________________________________________ Nikki.L.Weis

Nikki Weis joined MFS effective January 1, 2006. Ms. Weis concentrates on the sale of new franchises for us. From 1991 through 2005, Ms. Weis was employed with Yum! Brands, Inc. as a franchise recruitment specialist. Ms. Weis provided assistance to the franchise development team with the franchise approval process, maintaining reports and determining trade areas.

Our Area Representatives also will act as brokers for standard for us. There are no Area Representatives that will offer other Area Representative franchises for sale.
