Our affiliate, MFS Leasing, LLC offers financing to lease pizza store equipment and other items to Area Representative to open Marco''s Pizza Demonstration Stores, and Franchisees to open Marco''s Pizza Stores, but has not signed as of the date of this Offering Circular any agreements. Please see the Marco''s Store Uniform Franchise Offering Circular for sample rates and terms related to this financing. You are not required to utilize this financing to fund the establishment of any Store.
