Mr. DuBois has been the Chief
Executive Officer and Founder and Director of Jo to Go America, Inc. since its
inception in September 2000. He also served as President and Chief Financial
Officer of Jo to Go America, Inc. from September 2000 to April 2007. Mr. DuBois
has been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Carina Holding
Company, Green Bay, Wisconsin, since January 2007. Mr. DuBois has been
President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Operations Manager of Jo to Go, Inc. Green
Bay, Wisconsin, since May 1998. He has been Manager of Turnkey Development LLC,
Green Bay, Wisconsin since November 2000. He has been President and Treasurer
of M2D Agency, Inc., Green Bay, Wisconsin since May 2002, and served as Vice
President and Treasurer from February 2002 to May 2002.

Mr. Ragan has been Vice President of Franchising since
August 2007. From February 2005 to August 2007 he was Vice President of
Franchise with Bandana''s Bar-B-Q, LLC in St. Louis, Missouri. From January 2001
to February 2005 he was a managing member of SW Florida Restaurants, LLC, in Sarasota, Florida.

Mr. Guerdan has been Director of Operations since
August 2007. From August 2006 to August 2007, Mr. Guerdan was Director of
Operations with Salsarita''s of Charlottle, NC. From September 2002 to June 2006
he was Director of Operations for Little Caesar''s Pizza, Charlotte, NC.
