circularDisclosure Document. "Jet''s" means Jet''s
America, Inc., the franchisor. Jet''s may also be referred to as "we"
or "us," or with similar pronouns. "You" means the person
who buys the franchise. If you are a corporation, partnership, limited
liability company, or other entity, your "Owners" means all of your
stockholders, partners, members or other owners.
Jet''s is a Michigan corporation, and was incorporated on June 8,1990. has no parents, and has no affiliates that
offer franchises in anv line of business or provide products of services to
the franchisees of Franchisor. Jet''s has no predecessors.

"Jet''s America, Inc.;; and as "Jet''s Pizza." Jet''s principal
business address is 37501 Mound Road, Sterling Heights,
Michigan,
48310. Our

Jet''s is a Michigan corporation,
and was incorporated on June 8. 1990.
Jet''s grants franchises to own
and operate restaurants under the trade name "Jet''s Pizza," selling
pizza, submarine sandwiches, salads and other food to the public, primarily for
carry-out and delivery. Jet''s also offers the opportunity to acquire, own and
operate multiple franchises in an area, according to the terms of an Area
Development Agreement. A typical Jet''s Pizza restaurant is about 1,400 square
feet, and is located in a strip shopping center in a heavily populated urban or
suburban area. Your competition will include a variety of pizza and fast food
restaurants, including national and regional chains, independent restaurants,
and some convenience stores.
Jet''s began offering Jet''s
Pizza franchises in 1990, and began offering area development opportunities in
1996. It has not and does not offer franchises in any other line of business, but mayor engage in anv other business,
but reserves the right to do so in the future. Any such franchise would be designed
to avoid or minimize any adverse impact
on you and other franchisees.
Although it does not operate
any, Jet''s has several affiliated companiesaffiliates that
operate Jet''s Pizza franchise restaurantsfranchises similar to the franchised
restaurants being offered.

The
Jet''s Pizza concept originated in 1978 with the Jetts Party Shop &
Pizzeria, owned by Eugene Jetts and John Jetts. They incorporated the business
in Michigan as "Jetts Party Shop & Pizzeria, Inc." on July 28,
1982. In 1986 the party shop portion of the business was phased out, and the
corporation changed its name to "Jet''s Pizza, Inc." on September 19,
1989. Jet''s Pizza, Inc. continues to operate a Jet''s Pizza restaurant located
at 4185 East 14 Mile Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan 48310.

Investments, Inc. was incorporated in Michigan on July 30,1986, and has
operated a Jet''s Pizza restaurant at 31089 Hayes, Warren, Michigan 48093 since October of 1986.

J.E.M. & R., Ltd. was incorporated in Michigan on August 16, 1991, and has operated a Jet''s Pizza restaurant at 29202 Ryan, Warren, Michigan 48092, since December of 1991.

Pizza
Men, Inc. was incorporated in Michigan on March 10, 1998, acquired an operating
Jet''s Pizza franchise from a franchisee located in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, on April 27,1998, and has operated the restaurant since then.

M.E.J.S.,
Inc. was incorporated in Michigan on March 26, 2001, acquired an operating
Jet''s Pizza franchise from a franchisee located in Shelby Township, Michigan, on April 2,2001, and has operated the restaurant since then.

BBS Pizza, Inc. was incorporated in Michigan on September
15, 1993, acquired a Jet''s Pizza franchise located in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan, and has operated the restaurant since then. B B S Pizza, Inc. became an affiliate
of Franchisor on November 29, 2004, when shareholders of Franchisor purchased a
majority of the outstanding shares of B B S Pizza, Inc.
These companies are referred
to in this offering ciroularDisclosure Document
as "Affiliatesaffiliates." Neither we nor
our AffiIiatesaffiliates do business under any name
other than "Jet''s America, Inc." or "Jet''s Pizza." Neither
we nor our Affiliatesaffiliates offer, or have ever
offered, any other type of franchise.
Other than statutes and
regulations applicable to food service establishments generally, there are no
special regulations for the preparation and sale of pizza in your state. Under
the general regulations governing food service establishments, your employees
may have to become certified food handlers. To obtain certification, your
employees may be required to attend instructional courses, pass tests and pay a
fee. You should check with city, township and county regulatory agencies to
determine if certification will be required.
