Groucho's Deli restaurant franchise originated in 1941when Harold “Groucho” Miller arrived in South Carolina with original recipes for potato salad, coleslaw and various salad and sandwich dressings in hand - most of which were ones that he created while growing up in a Philadelphia orphanage. These humble beginnings along with the thought that, "quality is the most important ingredient in a sandwich," have led Groucho's to legendary restaurant status for over 60 years.
