The Following Notes Accompany the Item 7 Disclosures
All payments in Item 7 are nonrefundable, except as we
note below or if you arrange otherwise with a third party.
NOTE 1. Initial Franchise
Fee. The Initial Franchise Fee is nonrefundable, except under the limited
circumstances that we describe in Item 5.
NOTE 2. Real Estate. The Regional Licensee can
have a home office and not need any outside space for his/her business as a
Regional Licensee. If a separate space is kept, expenses associated with that
have not been included. A Regional Licensee must own and operate an On Location
Franchise until at least 40% of the Regional Licensee''s development plan has
been completed. See discussion of this expenditure under the On Location
Franchise tables.
NOTE 3. Furnishings.
This includes any furniture needed to furnish the personal office. At most,
nominal additional expenses are estimated for furnishings in connection with a
separate facility.
