Item 4. BANKRUPTCY

Tom A. Anthony, our President, was Chairman and Treasurer of Trends Express, Inc., an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma based clothing retailer, in August 1997 when it filed for reorganization (U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Oklahoma, Case Number 97-18649-TS) under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Prior to a Plan of Reorganization being confirmed, Trends Express converted its filing to a liquidation under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Trends Express was discharged under Chapter 7 on April 21, 1998.

Other than this 1 action, no person previously identified in Items 1 or 2 of this Disclosure Document has been involved as a debtor in proceedings under the Bankruptcy Code required to be disclosed in this Item.
