Chief
Executive Officer and Director - Tom A. Anthony
Tom A. Anthony became our
Chief Executive Officer on June 29, 2006, after serving as President and
Director since September 1, 2000. Prior to joining us, Mr. Anthony was employed
by the C.R. Anthony Company, a 325 store retail clothing chain headquartered in
Oklahoma City. He served as a Vice President and a member of the Board of
Directors of the company.
President and
Director
- Matias Villarroel
Matias Villarroel joined us in
2002 serving as Managing Director of GUSA Europa before becoming our President
on June 29, 2006. Prior to joining us, he worked for Morgan Stanley in New York City, New York from August 1998 until January 2002. From August 1996 until July
1998, Mr Villarroel was employed by JP Morgan in New York City.
Executive
Vice President of European Operations and Director - Alejandro Crespo
Alejandro Crespo became
Executive Vice President of European Operations on June 29, 2006, after serving
as Vice President of European Operations for GUSA Europa. From 2003 to 2005, he
was Managing Partner of Soto Golf USA, S.L., Marbella, Spain. Mr. Crespo was
employed as Managing Partner of Santana Golf and Country Club in Mijas, Spain, from 2000 to 2003.
Executive Vice President of
Franchise Sales & Operations and Director - Richard W. Benson
Richard W. Benson became our
Executive Vice President of Franchise Sales & Operations in June 29, 2006
after serving as Vice President of Franchise Sales and Operations since
September 1, 2000. From November 1999 until joining us in September 2000, Mr.
Benson was Division Manager of The Home Services Store, a division of Central
Vermont Water and Power, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. From January 1995
to November 1999, he was President of RGB Telecom, Inc., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, a company he founded. Additionally, from October 1992 to June 1997, Mr. Benson
was President of RGB Enterprises d/b/a Voice-Tel of Oklahoma, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, also a company he founded. Prior to 1992, he was Vice President of
Franchising for a division of Union Carbide Corporation.
Vice
President of Retail Operations - William Brad Bowen
William Brad Bowen joined us
in 1996. Prior to joining us, he owned and operated a chain of retail
electronics stores in Oklahoma. Mr. Bowen has served as a sales associate,
Store Manager, District Manager and Purchasing Director prior to his promotion
on June 29, 2006, to his current position as Vice President of Retail
Operations.
Chief
Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary - Nicole Bowen
Nicole R. Bowen joined us in
October 1998 as a store employee. Prior to joining us, from 1989 to 1998, she
served as a Store Manager and District Trainer in Shawnee, Oklahoma, for
Claire''s, a large national retail accessories chain. Ms. Bowen was promoted to
our Staff Accountant in May 2000. In September 2004, she was promoted to
Controller and subsequently elected as Treasurer and Corporate Secretary. Ms.
Bowen assumed her current title of Chief Financial Officer in March 2006.
Franchise
and Marketing - Steven A. Mace
Steven A. Mace originally
joined us in October 1987 and served in various sales positions until he was
promoted to Director of Franchise Marketing in 1996. Mr. Mace left us in August
1998. He worked from April 2000 to December 2000 for ATC Freightliner located
in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mr. Mace rejoined us on January 2, 2001 to market
and sell new franchises.
