Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director: Karen R. Pitts

Ms. Pitts has been Link''s Co-Chief Executive Officer since January 1999 and a Director since 1981. Previously, she was Link''s Executive Vice President and a Director from 1981 to January 1999. She has previously served as President and on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Staffing Services and as a member of the Board of Directors and as President and First Vice President of the American Staffing Association-President: Isaac A. Steele

Mr. Steele came to Link as Vice President of Franchise in October 1993 and he has been President since June 1995.�He was Manager of Franchise Development with Talent Tree Personnel Services in Houston, Texas, a franchisor and operator of temporary personnel businesses from October 1990 to October 1993.�Previously he was with Norrell Services in Atlanta, Georgia from 1986 to 1990 and a Franchisee with Roth Young Personnel in Miami, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia from 1972 to 1985.

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer: Donald A. Nodorft

Mr. Nodorft has been Link''s Chief Financial Officer since March 2001. He was Contract CFO for Watson Van fc Storage Co in Houston, Texas, from October 2000 to March 2001, an independent CPA/Consultant from February 2000 to September 2000, and Corporate Controller at Geologistics Americas, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia from August 1999 to February 2000.�M*v-Nodorft was Chiof Financial Officer at Golden Eagle Group, Inc. in Houston, Texas from October 1987 to Mav 1999.2001 and has been Link''s Chief Operating Officer since

He served as Eastern Markets Manager from April 1999 to January 2000. Mr. Lawrence held the position of Regional Vice President with Snelling Personnel Services/TWG, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia from November 1997 to April 1999.�He was a Branch Manager with the Ricdman Corporation in Rochester, New York from August 1996. to November 1997. Mr. Lawrence was Vice President/General Manager of Manpower Temporary and Technical Services/BSMI in Binghamton, New York from December 1989 to August 1996.
