FINANCING

Except as described below, neither Link nor any affiliate currently offers, directly or indirectly, any financing arrangements to you. Link is unable to estimate whether you will be able to obtain financing for any part or all of your investment and, if so, the terms of such financing. Link does not have any past or present practice, nor any intention, to sell, assign or discount to a third party, in whole or in part, any note, contract or other instrument you execute.

Link has established a financial assistance program for qualified franchisees, primarily Link employees and other individuals with experience in the staffing service industry. The assistance consists of Link''s guaranty of a loan granted to you by a bank selected by Link. Link does not guaranty your lease or any other obligation. Link does not require any security interest be given to obtain this financing. Link does not receive any payments for placement of this financing. The terms of the loan will vary depending on lender requirements and borrower needs but Link has in the past entered into continuing and unconditional guaranties of revolving lines of credit. For example, in some instances, Link guaranteed $100,000 lines of credit under 1-year notes at an interest rate of prime plus 1-1/4. These are examples of financing arrangements and are subject to change.
