Erik's Deli Cafe franchise was founded by Erik Johnson in 1973. Erik's Deli Cafe is a quick-service and catering restaurant that served sandwiches, salads, soups and baked goods. Erik's Deli Cafe’s mission is to meet our customers’ needs by offering a variety of consistent, fresh, great tasting and high quality items. For over thirty-five years, Erik’s continues to offer fresh and healthy food, unique items, consistently great taste and integrity of ingredients.
At Erik's, we believe that in order to grow successfully, we must have the ability to support that growth. We offer a quality cafe franchise program, in which we do everything we can to make our franchise "partners" successful. Erik's is there, every step of the way from the beginning. We offer assistance with site selection and complete training. We personally assist you at your new location for up to two weeks to ensure a smooth startup, aid you in learning operations and assist you in establishing the standard operating procedures for your new DeliCafe. Throughout our business relationship, Erik's provides field visits, location evaluations, management training, consultation, newsletters, and updates of trends and improvements.
