Craig Culver founded Culver's in 1984 when he, his wife and his parents transformed the A&W his parents owned since the sixties into Culver's Frozen Custard. Culve'rs fast food franchises are restaurants that are independently owned and operated in more than 360 locations in 16 states. As a owner of a Culver's fast food franchise opportunity, you will benefit from our 25+ years of operating experience in the restaurant industry. We are dedicated to your success as a Culver's franchisee. Prior to your restaurant grand opening, your Culver's Support Team will assist you with site selection, building design, and interior finish selection. During your training and throughout your career as a Culver's owner you will receive continued support from your purchasing, marketing, and operations teams. We also offer ongoing training programs for developing key team members in your restaurant.
Culver's offers its franchisees one of the most extensive training courses available in the restaurant industry. We feature a 16-week program that includes both classroom and in-restaurant training. Once a Culver's restaurant opens, franchisees receive continued interaction and support from Culver Franchising System, Inc. in the form of operational updates, training from franchise business partners, quarterly market meetings, manager workshops, and Culver's Annual Reunion.
