President: Chip
Reaves
Mr. Reaves became President of CT USA beginning May, 1999 and
has served in that capacity since then. From 1992 through 2000 Mr. Reaves
founded and managed CHIPTECH Computer Services, a computer service business based
in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Reaves has worked from CT USA''s corporate office
located in Decatur, Georgia since 1999.
Franchise
Development Coordinator: Glenn Cox
Mr. Cox joined CT USA in June 2004 to
coordinate franchise development and sales. He has worked in franchising for
fifteen years, mostly for startups. Prior to that he ran a retail music outlet
selling Steinway, Allen and Yamaha pianos and organs and owned five music
schools in Texas. Prior to joining CT USA, Mr. Cox worked as the Installed Program Sales Manager
for Home Depot from June 2002 to May 2004, and as the Franchise Development
Manager for Uniforms of America from April 1999 to May 2002. Mr. Cox has worked

corporate office located in Decatur, Georgia since June 2004.
National
Franchise Sales Manager: Matt Harper
Mr. Harper has been the
National Franchise Sales Manager for CT USA since January 1, 2008 and works at the Independence , Ohio headquarters location. Mr. Harper is also President of Franchise Development
Systems, LLC and Vice-President of Mariana Enterprises located in Brecksville, Ohio. From June 2001 until August 2006, Mr. Harper was the President of the
San Francisco Oven, LLC franchise system located in Broadview Heights, Ohio.
