spend between $25 and $100 for theifYpjLwill need_an initial stock of office

cost of baoioYou mav want to consult with an attorney or financial
advisor before entering the franchise agreement and may need oHier. legal and accounting services
provided to you by legal and accounting firms. Refundability

for all transportation, lodging, meal and other expenses associated with the
initial training program for yourself and/or your managers, designees and
employees. Travel costs for training will vary depending on travel distance and
mode of travel, and other related personal costs.

Months. Expenditures
payable out of additional funds are intended to cover such items as pre-opening
costs, salaries, etc. that are necessary to open the Franchised Business. In
addition, you should be prepared to have cash available to pay your personal
living expenses during the first 3 months of operation initial period. As many CleanNet franchisees
operate their Franchised Businesses in a part-time capacity, the amount of
working capital will vary considerably and may have limited applicability.

purchase the Franchised Business. We are unable to calculate the exact investment reouJred_of each
franchisee for ufor every Franchised Business due to the many factors whiehthat
