for all transportation, lodging, meal and other expenses associated with the
initial training program for yourself and/or your managers, designees and
employees. Travel costs for training will vary depending on travel distance and

payable out of additional funds are intended to cover such items as pre-opening
costs, salaries, etc. that are necessary to open the Franchised Business. In
addition, you should be prepared to have cash available to pay your personal
living expenses during the first 3 months of operation initial period. As many CleanNet franchisees
operate their Franchised Businesses in a part-time capacity, the amount of
working capital will vary considerably and may have limited applicability.

figures carefully with a business advisor before making any decision to
purchase the Franchised Business. We are unable to calculate the exact investment reouJred_of each
franchisee for ufor every Franchised Business due to the many factors whiehthat
