Mr. Yeffa also is a Director of CW Luxemburg, since March, 2006 and of CW International since July, 2007. Mr. Yeffa also holds a minority interest in CW Holdings.

From January 1998 to January 2004 she co-founded, built and sold her minority interest in InkCycle, Inc., a category-leading inkjet remanufacturing company located in Lenexa, Kansas, for which she served as Vice President.
