Mr. Schram has been the
President, CEO, and a member of the Board of Directors of BWR since February
2005. Since September 2004, he has also been President of Advance Links, LLC, a
web site portal company based in Mariemont, Ohio. From November 1999 through
December 2004, he was Purchasing Manager (January 2002 through December 2004)
and Planning and Logistics Manager (November 1999 through December 2001) for ZF
Batavia LLC, a global manufacturer of automotive transmissions located in Batavia, Ohio.
Executive
Vice President, Franchising. Chief Financial Officer: Nader Masadeh
Mr. Masadeh has been the
Executive Vice President, Franchising, Treasurer, and a member of the Board of
Directors of BWR since February, 2005. From August 2004 until February 2005, he
was a Purchasing Manager for The Procter and Gamble Company, a global consumer
products company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. From November 2000 through August
2004, he was Purchasing Global Commodity Specialist for ZF Batavia LLC, a global
manufacturer of automotive transmissions located in Batavia, Ohio. From May
1994 to November 2000, he was an Engineer, Manufacturing, of Makino Machine
Tool Company, a global machine tool manufacturer and software engineering
company based in Mason, Ohio.
Vice
President. Sales and Marketing. Chief Operating Officer: Havtham W. David
Mr. David has been the Vice
President, COO, and a member of the Board of Directors of BWR since February
2005. From April 2004 until January 2007, he was also the President of Haytham
W. David, Inc., a BWR franchisee that operated a Buffalo Wings & Rings
Restaurant in Cincinnati, Ohio. From May 2001 through August 2004, he operated
a Papa Galos, Buffalo Wing Company, and Greek Isle Gyros franchise located in Bethel, Ohio. From July 1998 through September 2003, he was the General Manager of a Papa
Galos, Buffalo Wing Company, and Greek Isle Gyros franchise located in Batavia, Ohio.

Secretary. Office Manager: Julie Bentlev
Mrs. Bentley joined Buffalo
Wings & Rings in February 2006 as Executive Administrative Assistant. In
2007, Mrs. Bentley was promoted to Office Manager and Corporate Secretary for
Buffalo Wings & Rings, LLC. From Jan 2002- 2006 Mrs. Bentley was a
Purchasing Analyst for ZF Batavia LLC, a global manufacturer of automotive
transmissions located in Batavia, Ohio.
Training
Manager. Kathv Cueto
Mrs. Cueto has served as
Training Manager since July 2006. Since March 2005, she has been part of the
New Store Opening Team for Buffalo Wings & Rings, training Franchisees and
Managers of 21 new locations. From December 1999 through April 2004, she owned
and operated a Buffalo Wings & Rings franchise in Cincinnati, Ohio. From November 1996 through June of 2005,-she was the Development Director for the
Council on Child Abuse of Southern Ohio in Cincinnati, Ohio. From August 1990
through December of 1996, she was the General Manager of two Buffalo Wings
& Rings Franchises in the Cincinnati Ohio area.
Operations
Manager, Steve Gibson
Mr. Gibson joined Buffalo
Wings & Rings in January 2008 as the Operations Manager. From May 2002
until December 2007, he was employed by LaRosa''s Pizzeria, Cincinnati, OH as General Manager, New Store Opening Lead Trainer, and most recently as Regional
Manager. From February 1999 until May 2002 he was General Manager for Uno''s
Pizzeria, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Training
Coordinator, Sandi Gibbs
Ms. Gibbs started with Buffalo
Wings & Rings as a Training Coordinator in September 2007. From January
2002 until September 2007 Ms! Gibbs worked as a General Manager for Panera
Bread in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Director of
Construction, Tom L. Davis
Mr. Davis started with Buffalo
Wings & Rings as Construction Manager in October 2006 and was promoted to
Director of Construction in June 2007. From July 2005 to July 2006 he was
Regional Director of Construction for Quiznos in Cincinnati, OH. From September
2004 to July 2005 he was a Project Manager for St. Clair Construction Company,
in Louisville, KY. From April 1997 to
September 2003 he was Regional
Project/Construction Manager for Sonic Drive-in Restaurants of Oklahoma City, OK.
Opening
Manager, Carrie Cox
Carrie Cox started with
Buffalo Wings & Rings as Training Coordinator in October 2006. From October
2003 to October 2006 she was a special member services reservations agent for
Delta Airlines, Cincinnati, OH. From February 1999 to September 2003 Carrie
worked as a corporate and leisure agent for Carlson Wagonlit Travel Agency, Cincinnati, OH. From May 1994 to February 1999 she worked for a franchisee of Buffalo
Wings & Rings in West Chester, Ohio, starting as a server and finishing her
tenure as General Manager of the restaurant.
LENELLI. LLC.
Leonardo Ranieri
In October 2006, Mr. Ranieri
became a Member of LENELLI, LLC, Richmond, Indiana, the Master Developer for
the State of Indiana. Mr. Ranieri also opened his first BWR franchise in Richmond, Indiana, in 2006. From 1996 to 2006 he was the General Manager of Forest Hills
Country Club in Richmond, Indiana. From 1993 until 1996 he was a Manager for
Hamilton Elks Country Club, Hamilton, OH.
MFB Wings,
LLC. Frank Nunziata
In November 2007 Mr. Nunziata
became the President of MFB Wings, LLC, Columbus, Ohio, the Master Developer
for the Columbus, Ohio area. From August 1997 to February 2006, Mr. Nunziata
was President of Frank Nunziata & Sons, Columbus, Ohio, a multi-unit
franchisee and operator of Quizno''s. From 2006 to present he is a real estate
agent and business broker with Jim Tharp Realty, Columbus, Ohio.
BWR Franchise
Development. LLC. Jim Dvce
Since August 2007, Mr. Dyce
has been the Managing Member of the Master Developer BWR Franchise Development,
LLC, Orlando, Florida, for the Northwest Florida area. Since January 2000, Mr.
Dyce has been the Managing merhber of the firm of Specialty Audit Services,
LLC, Orlando, Florida, a financial consulting company that services major
restaurants and other systems on a national level.

Development of KY & TN. LLC. Timothy E. Tefs
Since January 2006, Mr.Tefs
has been the Managing Member of BWR Development of KY & TN, LLC, the Master
Developer for the States of Kentucky and Tennessee. He opened his first Buffalo
Wings & Rings location in May 2007 in Crescent Springs, KY. From 1990 until
2007 Mr. Tefs owned and operated ten deli sandwich franchise units in the
Greater Cincinnati area. Prior to 1990 Mr. Tefe was an Engineer at General
Electric.

Chesterfield Master. LLC. Kvle Miller
Since December 2006 Mr. Miller
has been the Franchisee of BW&R Chesterfield, LLC, Chesterfield, Michigan. In July 2007 he became a Member of B.W.& R. Chesterfield Master, LLC the Master
Developer for the Greater Detroit Michigan area. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Miller
was a design engineer with Microheat, Inc., a mechanical engineering company, Farmington Hills, Michigan,
BWR International, Inc..
Bulmaro Benavides
Since 2006 Mr. Benavides has
been President of BWR International, Inc. located in Mission, Texas, the Master
Developer for Starr, Hidalgo, Willacy and Cameron counties in South Texas. He
opened his first Buffalo Wings & Rings location in August 2007. In 1995 he
opened Oasis Quality Carwash in Mission, Texas. Since1995, Mr. Benavides has
been a developer for office space and car washes in Mission, Texas.
