We do not offer direct or indirect financing to franchisees. We will not guarantee any note, lease, or obligation that you may make to others.

Some third-party lenders request that you pledge your Franchise Agreement(s) as well as your Bakery assets to the lender as collateral for financing. Under the Franchise Agreement, you must obtain our consent before granting a security interest in your Bakery assets or agreements (see Item 17.k of this disclosure document).

We are listed on the SBA''s central registry of franchisors whose current franchise agreements are eligible for SBA financing found at www.franchisereqistry.com. The SBA registry permits streamlined and expedited loan processing through the SBA.
