BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
The followingpersons will have
management responsibility for the franchises offered by this disclosure
document:
MICHAEL
BILANZICH, Director, and Chairman
Since 1974, Mr. Bilanzich has
been president and Chief Operations Officer of Hairware U.S.A., Inc., amanufacturer and worldwide wholesale distributor of hair goods, located in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 1995, Mr. Bilanzich also became President of Royal Aloha, Coffee,
Tea & Spice Company, Inc., our predecessor. In November 1997 and December
1997, Mr. Bilanzich was appointed President of both BACH and BACD,
respectively, and continues to serve as chairman of BACH and president of BACD.
HAROLD HILL.
Director. President and Chief Executive Officer
Harold Hill has been employed
as our corporate secretary and treasurer since November 1997. Since 1975, Mr.
Hill has served as President of the Epicurious Group, Inc., a Utah corporation,
specializing in restaurant management. In addition, from March 1990 to the
present, he has been vice president of American Grill, Inc., aUtah based
restaurant company; from August 1990 to the present, president ofH.J.M., Inc.,
a Utah based business consulting firm; and from December 1992 to the present,
he has served as the treasurer of HM Investment Corporation, a Utah real estate
leasing and consulting firm.
CONNIE
ALEXAKOS. Vice President of Marketing Product Development
Connie Alexakos was employed
by Royal Aloha Coffee, Tea & Spice Company. Inc., predecessor of Bad Ass
Coffee Company of Hawaii, Inc., as Area Supervisor for Hawaii, From May 1995
until May 2000. Since May 2000 until present, she has been employed by Bad Ass
Coffee Company of Hawaii, Inc. She has extensive retail experience.
STEVE MEEKER. Vice
President of Operations
Mr. Meeker has been with Bad
Ass Coffee Company of Hawaii, Inc. since June of 2003 involved in training and
operations for the company, Prior to his association with Bad Ass Coffee
Company of Hawaii, Inc., Mr. Meeker worked for Kenji''s Japanese Restaurants in
Las Vegas, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Midvale, Utah from 1996 to 2002 and
Tokyo Express in Phoenix from 1984 to 1996. At both these previous jobs, Mr.
Meeker was responsible for designing stores and the employee manuals,
implementing operations, food preparation and cost control.
CHERYL
CHRISTIANSEN. Vice President of Training
Ms. Christiansen was employed
in sales and marketing at the Pleasant Grove, a Utah company, Skyline
Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of custom fuel tanks for the marine industry
from 1991 until May of2001. She then worked as a legal assistant for the Salt Lake City, Utah law firm of Mackey Price Thompson and Ostler from May 2001 until
October of 2005. In October, 2005 she joined Bad Ass Coffee Company of Hawaii,
Inc. as Director of Training.
LOU
DEPASOUALE. Training/Operations
Mr. DePasquale was employed
with Pacific Engineering from 1997-2002. Pacific Engineering as a drafting and
engineering supply company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr DePasquale was in
charge of customer service and training. In early 2002, Mr. DePasquale joined
Bad Ass Coffee Company of Hawaii, Inc. In March 2007, he was promoted to
Training/Operations. His responsibilities include training, store openings and
various interactions with new franchisees.
VICKI
CROCKER, Controller
Ms. Crocker has been a
controller for Bad Ass Coffee Company of Hawaii, Inc. since its inception in
November of 1997. Prior to working for Bad Ass Coffee Company of Hawaii, Inc.,
Ms. Crocker worked with principals of the company on various other business
ventures.
