EXPERIENCE
Managing Member and Chairman of the Board:
William McIntyre, Jr.
William Mclntyre has served as
Chairman of the Board of the Company since January 2007. From May 1993 to
January 2007, he was Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He was President
of the Company from April 1991 to January 2004. Mr. Mclntyre has been Managing
Member since April 2001.

Thomas Monaghan has been a
Member of the Company since October 2000. Mr. Monaghan also has served as
Chancellor of Ave Maria Foundation, located in Ave Maria, Florida, after having
served as the Chairman of the Board from January 1999 to December 2006.

Michael Marcantonio has been a
Member of the Company since October 2000. Mr. Marcantonio was the Managing
Member from October 2000 to March 2001. Mr. Marcantonio also has been Manager
of MKM Ventures LLC in Ann Arbor, Michigan from February 2002 to present.

Carl Gerhardt has served as
our Chief Executive Officer since January 2007 and as our President since
January 2004. From 1993 to January 2004, he served as our Vice President of
Franchise Consulting.

Steven White has served as our
Executive Vice President since January 2000. Mr. White has served as the
President of the Signs Now Division since April 2006.

Timothy Wood has served as our

December 2004, he served as our Director of Technology.

Janice Milhem has served as
our Vice President of Sales & Marketing since September 2006. Prior to
that, Ms. Milhem was our Director of Marketing from September 2001 to September

Terry Huber has been our Vice
President of Operations of the Sign Division since June 2004. Mr. Huber served
as Signs Now Corporation''s Director of Training from April 2000 to March 2003
and Director of Franchise Support from March 2003 to June 2004.

Division : Bernard Haun
Bernard Haun has been our Vice
President of Marketing and Communications of the Signs Now Division since
February 2005. From November 2002 to January 2005, he served as Director of
Marketing for Signs Now Corporation in Bradenton, Florida.
