FINANCING

All American does not, either directly or indirectly, offer any financing arrangements to new franchisees. All American does not receive any direct or indirect payments for placing financing, nor does All American guarantee your obligations to third parties. For existing franchisees who wish to open another franchised store, who meet or exceed All American''s credit worthiness and operating standards, All American may offer financing of up to $75,000 for the franchise fee and a portion of the equipment, at All American''s sole discretion and on a case by case basis.

All American does not guarantee the lease obligations to third parties, specifically landlords.
