With over two decades of domestic and international Director/Senior Director level experience with franchising leaders Mobil Oil, TGI Friday’s, Jack-in-the-Box, and Papa Murphy’s Pizza, Stephen’s reputation is established on two simple principles: a genuine care for people and a commitment to being an outstanding business partner. He has helped hundreds of people from diverse backgrounds realize their professional dreams and build a lifestyle that is uniquely suited to them and their families.

Through extensive experience in franchise sales, Stephen has developed several niche areas of specialization including E-2 immigration visa, established relationships with numerous small business development centers, US military veterans, and strategic relationships with 2 major universities.

A native Texan, Stephen earned his BBA in Finance & Management from the University of Texas at Austin, and his MBA in Entrepreneurial Ventures & Marketing from the University of Southern California. He resides in Houston, Texas with his wife Christy and their French bulldog Harold. He enjoys spending time with his family, attending church, playing tennis, fishing, traveling, and giving back to various organizations including an endowment with the University of Texas Herb Kelleher Entrepreneurship Center, Katy Christian Ministries and the Ronald McDonald House.
