Mark Kovach - Franchise Consultant

Mark Kovach has a proven track record as a successful business consultant throughout his 20+ year career. His keen analytical skills and financial acumen provide a solid foundation for guiding businesses and individuals towards investment opportunities in a variety of industries.  Mark has owned both franchised and non-franchised businesses.  He has bought, sold and invested in businesses and worked as an advisor to others seeking the same opportunities.

The early years of Mark's career were with Arthur Andersen & Co. and Andersen Consulting, where he advised companies in risk evaluation, operational efficiencies and improving profitability. Mark continued his consulting career with Andcor Companies, holding simultaneous positions of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Recruiter. In addition to managing the firm's financial operations, Mark was instrumental in building the management teams of a portfolio of top-level and emerging companies.

In the mid-1990's, Mark went to work for Great Clips, and was responsible for directing franchise development in the Western US and Canadian markets. In this role, Mark helped hundreds of people realize their dream of business ownership.

After successfully developing his regions at Great Clips, Mark moved into the high technology industry as a Director of Strategic Accounts for RIT Systems. Mark was responsible for developing national strategic partnerships with industry leaders.

Today, Mark is an independent Consultant with FranChoice.
