Brad Glance has spent the majority of his professional career involved in all aspects of business. For the past 15 years, he has focused on building relationships between Franchisors and individuals that own a Franchise or individuals interested in opening their own business. Mr. Glance believes there is no greater reward than to facilitate and to see a successful business created and know that he was an integral part of the process. He takes great pride in his ability to recognize people’s interests, skill sets and what each person can bring to the opportunity in order to find the perfect franchise for them.
Mr. Glance’s most recent experience was Owner of and Master Licensee of Action International for Central and Southwest Florida. He grew that particular territory from having one franchisee to fourteen in a short period. While he enjoyed Action and its rewards he made a decision to sell the territory in order to focus on helping and mentoring people who want to start their own business through franchising.
Prior to owning Action International, Mr. Glance worked for Val Pak Direct Marketing as a Franchise Development Consultant. He was responsible for assisting and monitoring the financial and operational aspects for various franchise owners. He was also involved with setting franchise goals, budgeting, marketing and sales plans to ensure annual objectives were achieved by the independent franchise owners.
Today, Mr. Glance uses his past experience in Franchising and his experience as an entrepreneur to help people realize their dream of independent business ownership.
Glance holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia and currently resides in Bradenton, Florida.
