There is no secret recipe for finding this business. Instead, it’s a matter of investing in a business that has a few secret ingredients. 
 
The secret ingredients that your income-producing asset must have include: a proven operating system, a franchisor that supports absentee ownership and, since you are going to be living on the beach, "sand-proof" technology.
